Featured placement, without the lead-gen games
Two labeled slots per area page. Flat fee, agreed up front, never tied to how many patients call. The directory beneath stays exactly as it was.
Top of the area page
First thing a patient sees when they open your neighborhood or suburb.
Mid-list placement
Sits inside the directory, where patients are already comparing practices.
Always labeled
Marked as featured. Patients trust the directory because we do not hide this.
What it never does
- Reorder or filter the directory below the slot
- Remove, demote, or hide a competing practice
- Change any detail inside a practice record
- Charge per lead, per call, or per booked patient
- Collect patient names, contact details, or health information
Questions from practice owners
What exactly do I get with a featured placement?
There are two slots on each area page and they are priced separately. The top slot sits above the whole directory and is the first thing a patient sees on that page, so it costs more. The mid-list slot sits inside the list, roughly halfway down, where patients are already comparing practices — it costs less.
You can buy either one on its own, or take both. Whichever you take, you get your practice name, a short line about what you do, your address, phone number, and a link to your booking page or website — labeled "Featured practice" so patients know what they are looking at.
How much does it cost?
Each slot is priced on its own, and the price is set by how much search demand that area actually gets — a neighborhood where hundreds of people a month search for a chiropractor is worth more than a quiet suburb. The top slot always prices higher than the mid-list slot in the same area. Send an enquiry and we will come back with both numbers for your area, flat and monthly.
Does it change where my practice ranks in the directory?
No, and it never will. The directory order below the slots is fixed and not for sale. A featured placement adds a labeled position above and inside the list. Nothing is reordered, nothing is removed, and no competitor is demoted.
Do I pay per lead, per call, or per new patient?
No. Placement is a flat advertising fee agreed in advance and unrelated to how many patients call you. That is a deliberate legal choice: chiropractic care is covered by Medicare, and fees contingent on patient volume run into federal Anti-Kickback Statute problems. We do not go anywhere near that structure.
Will you collect patient information for me?
Never. There is no patient form anywhere on this site. Patients see your phone number and call your office directly. We do not qualify them, screen them, ask about their symptoms, or touch any health information.
Which areas can I buy a placement in?
Any Chicago neighborhood or Chicagoland suburb. Oak Park and Lincoln Park are published and live today; every other area is built and verified on request, so if yours is not up yet, tell us and we will open it. There is no waiting list and no queue to buy into.
Ask about a slot in your area
Tell us where you practice and we will send pricing and availability. No obligation, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
Request placement details
For practice owners and office managers. Tell us which district you want and we’ll send availability and pricing. We verify every request against the federal provider registry before responding.
Nothing here is priced per lead, per call, per booking, or per patient. A featured placement never changes who appears in the directory or the order they are listed in. We will never ask you for patient information.
