What practice owners ask
Why is my practice listed here? I never signed up.
Because your practice is in the federal NPPES provider registry, which is a public record. This directory reads that file and republishes the parts patients need — name, address, phone, providers and registered specialties. Nothing private is used, and there is nothing to sign up for.
How do I correct wrong information about my practice?
If the error is in your federal record — old address, disconnected phone, a provider who left — fix it at the NPPES portal. That is the authoritative source, and the correction flows through here automatically at the next rebuild.

Can I be removed from the directory?
Yes. Ask and we will take your listing down, no argument and no conditions. The underlying federal record will still be public at NPPES — we only control what appears here.
Does paying get me a better position in the list?
No. The directory order is not for sale. What you can buy is one of two clearly labeled featured slots on your area page, which sit above and inside the list and are always marked as featured. Everything below them stays exactly where it was.
What does featured placement cost?
Pricing depends on the area and how much search demand it gets, so we quote it directly rather than publishing a rate card. Send an enquiry below and we will come back with the number for your area.
Do you sell patient leads?
No. There is no patient contact form anywhere on this site, and we never take a fee tied to a booking, a call, or a new patient. Patients get your phone number and call you. That is the whole mechanism, and it is deliberate — fees contingent on patient volume raise real problems under federal healthcare law.
